Shipping & Giveaways
Please always remember to enter your Twitch Username in the note section at the end of checkout. Click on the Shipping tab at the top of the website to submit a ticket in Discord.
Your shipping will always be bulk, which means you are keeping everything (except energy and code cards) opened on stream unless you inform me otherwise. All giveaways do not include shipping. You are responsible for shipping. If decide you no longer want your giveaway item(s) you may choose to do with them as you please, such as give them away to other viewers or put them up as a bingo prize. Giveaway items will be recycled after 90 calendar days if that is the only thing you have with me. The timer starts on your first giveaway win. Additional time cannot be added with other giveaway wins. Time can be dismissed by purchasing something from the shop at which point all your giveaway items will be considered purchase goods enabling you to have your stuff held with me until you are ready to ship. International shipping is exempt from shipping due date. The minimum for shipping internationally is 1 lb/500 gm and you must pay through the website for customs purposes.
